Shipping Methods and Costs

If your order has multiple items and/or includes gift cards, they may be shipped from multiple locations and/or arrive in different packages on different dates, there are no additional charges for split shipments.

Shipping and handling charges are based on your chosen method of shipment and are non-refundable, even in the event of a return. Please see the chart below for shipping costs and estimated delivery times within the continental United States and international zones. Any shipment to Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, or other non-continental U.S. orders will be sent ground.


Additional Shipping Charges

Additional shipping charges may apply to some items because of size, weight, or special handling that is required to make sure your order reaches you safely. If your item has an additional shipping charge, it will appear in the description area of the item on the product page.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to the contents of some products, orders containing these products are restricted to standard ground service in the Continental U.S. only. If your item has a shipping restriction, it will appear in the description area of the item on the product page.

If the order is placed after 1:00 pm EST, the order will be processed the following business day. Orders shipping to remote locations in Alaska or Hawaii can take up to additional 5-7 days to be delivered.

Currently we do not have holiday or weekend delivery. 


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a 'Shipment Confirmation' email with your order number. Your shipping confirmation email you receive will have the link for you to track your package. 

Alternatively, you can track your package with our partner's tracking widget. Simply enter the tracking number you received in the shipment confirmation email to see your package status. 

Please note that it'll take about 2-3 business days for the tracking system to be fully updated.


Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return your Nakans merchandise, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn and have the original tags when being returned.

Returns will be credited back to your preferred method and shipping charges are not eligible for a refund.

Note: Return shipping costs to the international return destination are your responsibility. The return will be made at the same exchange rate as the time of purchase, and your refund will include any customs tariffs and taxes originally paid on the order.
