I have not received my order after the allotted shipping time has passed?
Please check the tracking number for your order to see the delivery status. If your package has arrived at the local post office, please allow an additional 3 days for the post office to deliver the package to your home. If your order shows delivered to your home address, please check with all relatives in the household and neighbors to ensure it was not picked up by someone else. Once you have verified this information and if assistance is still needed, please contact your local postal office for further assistance and possible compensation process.
